Had a green smoothie for breakfast, with some berry powder on top, and did some weight exercise with a couple of dumbbells and didn't even lose my breath... Feeling upbeat!
Everything tends to work out....
I woke up and took a shower and I feel fresh, too. It was snowing again in May and it was cold but I didn't catch the cold/flu though I thought I did... so awesome.
I almost gained two kilos but this morning noticed I hadn't. What a small victory.
I've taken my antidepressants too. I think I forget taking them sometimes,, boo!!
Gonna be a good day this Tuesday... I don't have got much else to blog about??
