wattpad story: FAT

You probably hear these fitness fanatics tell you fat is detrimental to health. It is not. Don't worry about those orthorectics, trying to eat TOO healthy and avoid junk. They are as much food industry's victims as everyone else who doesn't want to spend all their money on more and more food... it is what they market us to do is buy more.
Women have more fat in their bodies than men so that giving birth would be safe.
Fat protects from attention from men, the cold, a bit of starvation, and more bumps along the road.
Science tells us to have a big breakfast of fats and proteins. That will keep you from snacking all day to keep blood sugar levels even.
Fat has most calorie content. You can't talk of fat in people as more than just a storage of energy. It may be like an another organ that regulates your mood and hunger, but it won't affect your personality traits. You won't be greedy, unpleasant etc. because of the fat.
People will get lazier in the future. Our brain will shrink 20%, our eyes will get smaller, we will be taller, and regressive genes like that of blonde hair will disappear...
Fat cells don't die. You will just shrink them when you lose weight.
What is fat loss? Well, it will come out of your mouth as carbon dioxide. So you'd want to do exercise to lose weight or eat less than your body burns to keep itself running day to day in rest and other body functions.
