Walked myself into a sweat for 10 minutes on my cross trainer.
Went to get my injection today, and got lots of new books in the mail, which I had ordered. I just need to find the time to read them.
Also bought teeth whitening mouthwash from the apothecary. It's great you can buy that from Finland.
Watched a bit of Supernatural and munched on a big bag of candy. I guess I'll have dinner later, when I've burned off some more calories. What's the point of spending 3€ on 225g of candy with over 1000 calories, and then maybe spend couple of hours burning it off, when I already sweat from so little? I guess my fitness will increase, but it's still plus minus zero.
Dinner is turkey breasts. yum.
