Crunchy gingerbread biscuits (egg-free)

200 g of baking margarine
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cup of syrup
1 cup whipping cream
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1 teaspoon of cloves
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of ginger
7 1/2 cup flour
2 teaspoons of soda

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the sugar , syrup , cream and spices, stir until the sugar melts .
Pour the mixture into a mixing bowl and beat until fluffy .
Mix soda, flour and add to the batter , mix well.
Let the dough to harden in the refrigerator until the next day .(or bake straight away so it doesn’t become hard as rock)

Roll out the dough on a floured table, please gingerbread mold and cook in an oven on baking sheet lined with a 200 degree celsius oven for about 5 minutes.
Decorate cooled.

I did these abroad in UK around Valentine's day more like than Christmas, so I was a bit late :)
